A firm believer that every human being is born with an infinite potential and that education is the transformative tool that lays the foundation of all growth for the society as a whole. Hence, I pursued my calling by starting my career as a teacher -influencing one mind at a time- then joined Rearden Educational's Concept Bookstore to soon become the company's Managing Director. My role was to spread quality education through a 360 approach; starting from arming teachers with the necessary skills needed to influence future generations, working on quality publications to collaborating with world-leading professionals in the education field.
And since all things are possible because anything can be learned, I am a licensed Rapid Transformational Therapy®️ (RTT®️) Practitioner helping clients to transcend their self-made limitations and fears by tapping into their inner mind to unlock the infinite potential they hold within.
Together, through an RTT®️ personalized program, crafted around areas that require change, as well as follow-up sessions, clients become masters of their own transformational journey, day-in, day-out minus any psychological barriers that hinder their limitless growth potential. What Can You Expect From A Rapid Transformational Therapy Session?
An RTT®️ session usually lasts from 90 to 120 minutes. Every session feels different for every person. For most, it is a feeling of deep relaxation and ease. And to some, it feels like a sleepy, floating sensation. It should be noted that what you feel during the session is not an indication of its effectiveness. It is working no matter what.
Additionally, regression is a vital part of RTT®️. Through hypnosis, you see experiences from your past and gain a new understanding. The subconscious mind has the answers to the reasons you feel what you are feeling. This allows your mind to let go of the issues for good. Then, the therapist helps in reprogramming and upgrading your mind with beliefs that help empower and make you feel good.
After the session, you may feel extremely happy and excited, or relieved and free.
An RTT®️ session can be done in-person, or you may book a session online and receive treatment from the comfort of your own home.

Procrastination
Life changing session! Anxieties and Insecurities

Anxiety, Low Self-Esteem and Confidence
My name is Azzam, and I have been suffering from anxiety with no confidence and low self-esteem for a long time. I haven't been able to operate and generally function since these problems negatively affected my life and behavior. Moreover, these problems affected my work. Also, I could not think about work because I was thinking negatively and was always afraid of making mistakes. I met a friend who referred me to the RTT (Rapid Transformation Therapy). I decided to give it a shot because I have reached a place where I cannot do anything since anxiety mixing with fear is eating my mind. I started the recovery journey in February 2022. From the first session, I was able to sense the improvements. I was introduced to new techniques of how I can think positively and, with time, control the evil thoughts when they come across my mind, and also, if I am in a bad mood, I can change that to a moment of relief. With time, I gained a part of my confidence that allowed me to take care of myself more and prioritize myself first. Also, I was able to develop a new habit, the habit to journal. I started to write my thoughts. Good thoughts always help boost my morale and cheer me up, and if I'm feeling down or sad, I journal about what makes me unhappy. Fear of Flying
I used to be a very happy flyer growing up and then all of a sudden my fear of flying and anxiety levels started to gradually appear and increase over time. To a point where I would avoid getting on a plane at all costs and sometimes miss out on great trips with friends and family. I would stress out as I booked my flight, a few days before the flight and during the flight (at every small jerk of the plane or noise I heard in the cabin). I didnt want to be reliant on any anxiety medication every time I got on a plane and quite frankly, I was envious of others that were happy, excited and fearless when it came to flying. So I took it upon myself to book a few therapy sessions with a traditional psychologist to simply get over my fear of flying once and for all. After a few sessions with the traditional therapist, I really didnt get the results I was looking for. And I felt like it was taking forever. Then.....I got introduced to Rania (BIG SMILE EMOJI). I started off with 1 virtual intro session just to get an idea of how Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) worked. I was very intrigued but still had my doubts. Rania sent me a few videos to watch and also sent me some articles to read. I found them extremely valuable to get a better understanding of what to expect and how RTT fundamentally works. A few weeks later, I had my first (and ONLY) virtual RTT session with Rania and it was mind blowing. After the session, I immediately felt like something was different but I couldn't figure it out. I continued to follow Rania's daily instructions and each day I started to understand more and more about "what" and "why" I was experiencing such anxiety associated with flying. I also felt more and more relaxed and at ease as the days went by. Rania checked in with me regularly, was very responsive and answered all my questions, even though I was across the globe. After about 1 month of sticking to my daily RTT exercises, I put RTT to the ultimate test by getting on a plane. The moment I got to the airport, I was relaxed, positive, confident and surprisingly excited to take the flight. I boarded the plane, buckled up and heard the pilot say it was going to be "pretty bumpy" due to some bad weather. The old me would have started to think of all the negative things that could happen, how I was going to get anxious and how I was going to get uncomfortable if the plane hit some bad turbulence. Instead, I stayed positive, listened to the recording Rania made just for me, and during the many episodes of turbulence, I was almost unfazed. The shaking of the plane and the sudden drops of the plane didnt really have any negative effects on me. As soon as I landed, I was in disbelief as I internally reflected on what actually just happened. It was such an improvement and I was very happy with the results I achieved in such a short period of time. Now I can't wait for my next flight!

We all know the saying that it's never too late to do certain things, but in this case I wish I had done it years ago. When I first heard about RTT, I was skeptical and not sure what to expect. But I knew I needed to do something about my fear of flying and anxiety, without medicating myself. Weight Problems

ليش الـ RTT؟ لأكثر من ٣٠ سنة أنا كنت انسان، بيفتش على أصغر Zone بال comfort zone وبيقعد فيا! ما عندي شي بين الرعب والأمان. يا مرعوبة كليًا يا حاسّة بآمان. ما بعرف شي عن الادرنالين، ما بعرف شي عن تحدي الظروف. أنا كنت حدا همو يريّح راسو، ما يسمع حكي وما يسمع ملاحظة وما يفشل. عال٣٣ سنة قررت اتعلّم السباحة. حجزت موعد طلعت.
أول session انو أول session طبيعي كون عالسلّم، تاني session, فلّيت عم اسآل حالي شو جيت أعمل؟ أنا عشو مضطرّة؟ كل شي صرت واصلتلو بحياتي مش راضيني؟ مش كافيني؟ مين قال انو كل انسان مكتبلو يسبح؟ يه يه يه شو عملت بحالي. بلّشت فكّر بحجج حتى وقّف! متل العادة، اجمالًا عزّة نفسي كانت أسرع شي بروح لعندو. كرامتي. بس هون ما كان الها محلّ. ما لقيت عذر يلبق، يظبط. كان في صوت ضعيف خفيف جواتي عم يقلّي طيب بركي… رجعي جرّبي! كيف بدي جرّب وأنا بالمي حسيت أسوأ مشاعر الانسان بحسّها، خوف، رعب، ضعف، خجل، ذل، بهدلة، انسحاق كلّي. انو انسان عم يتعلّم السباحة ليه بدو يحسّ كل هول؟!
بعتت message لرانيا كساب، كنت عرفت شوي منا عن الـRTT، وكنا مقررين نعمل جلسة لموضوع تاني بحياتي، وقلتلا في بدّك تساعديني، بدي اتعلّم السباحة ومش ماشي الحال. بقلل من ٥ ايام، خضّرت رانيا لساعتين غيّروا حياتي، ولما قول غيّروا حياتي مش كليشيه، مش ت احكي. أنا بساعتين تحررت، حسيت حالي أحلى أكبر، أحسن، أقوى وما في شي عن جد بيقدر يوقف بوجّي اذا قررت وثابرت. بدل الـ٣ مشاهد، عقلي جبلي ٥، فيون خوف وخجل واحساس بالذنب، فهمت ليش كل هالمساعر كانو معلّقين بالمايو، مش عم يخلوني لا اتحرّك ولا اسمع ولا عيش اللحظة، انو انسان واقف بالمي، والمي واصلة لنصّ ركبتو! بكيت عاللي صار معي، بكيت عاللي حملتو معي، بكيت عحالي، ععقلي اللي عم يجرّب يهربني من أي مشاعر بشعة وهوي عم يوهمني انو السباحة نهايتي المعنوية والحياتية، بكيت عجنيفر اللي كانت حابستا أنا ورا شعارات ما بتمثّلا، يعني أول مرّة سبحت كانت بدموعي.
طلعت تاني يوم عصفّ السباحة، في شي مغيّر فيي، يعني في شي عم يقلّي انو ما رح يصير شي. فهمت انو أنا لازم اعطي حالي وقت، لازم اتعلّم، انو الموضوع بس عضوي حيوي، الو علاقة بايديي واجريي. صوت رانيا كان معي صبح وعشيّة، صحيح انو أخدت ١٠ صفوف، لحتّى بلّشا اسبح، بس كل يوم كان يمرق عليي، كنت حسّ حالي عم اطلع، عم صير احسن، عقلي عم يحكيني عم يشجّعني، عم يقلّي انو ما زال جسمك بيتحرّك وأنا وراكي وحدّك يعني فيكي تسبحي، لو أخدت سنة. في كلمة كانت تقللي ياها رانيا، رح تسبحي أسرع من ما مفكّرة… وهيك صار. مرقت بصفّىن حسيت حالي رجعت لورا، بس هالمرة عثقلي فسّرلي ليش تراجعت لأنو راح عليي صفّين ورا بعضن، مش لأنو ما فيي وما رح اقدر. رجعت عالتسجيل، بعد ٤٠ يوم من الجلسة، اسمعو وصدّقو وكل يوم اتآمل بكلمة في وهون بلّش السحر يصير. صرتو تسمعو اسمي بصف السباحة مع زقفة عالعالي، وصرت أنا اطلع طايرا من الpool مش عاجريي. اتعلّمت عيش اللحظة، الثانية، عقدّا من دون ما كبّرا وهيدا اللي خلاني اوصل أنا وين هلق. أنا هلق صرت عأول "سباحاتي"، صرت شوف بالمي صديقة ومصدر أمان، وحتى وأنا تحت وعم ابلع مي، عقلي بقللي ما رح يصير شي، وبطلع بس عم فكّر بشو ممكن يكون في بالمي وبلعتو. ساعتين حرروني، صالحوني مع عقلي اللي ما بحياتي عرفت انو أصلًا فيي احكي وفيي اقنعو، أنا هلق صرت بالصف الـ١٦، صرت وحدي عالغميق، عم اشتغل عتناغم جسمي مع بعضو ورح بلّش اتعلّم technique وصير السبّيحة! عبالي ارجع عكلّ الpools اللي رحت عليون، نط فيون ابلع مي قصد وفلّ! ناطرة الصيفية تنطّ أنا وجوزي عن الباخرة، ومش عتلاني هم الا انو تعضّني السمكة، بس من هلق لوقتا بلاقيلا حلّ!
